This sauce is Bubba's authentic southern recipe based on tomato. We don't think sugar is needed in modern sauces, that's why we use a brown sugar substitute that has no weird taste, in fact it tastes the same, but none of the bad carbs found in refined sugar. Try it on pulled pork, ribs, brisket, and chicken. You'll be amazed! If we didn't tell you it has lo sugar and carbs, you'd never know.
